World Water day 2010 – World water day history

On 22nd March, International world water day is held with main focus of saving fresh water advocating for the management of fresh water resources. The Primary consideration on this day is – how effectively the decreasing fresh water can be avoided from wastage.


Here is the Worls water day history as per wiki- This day was first formally proposed in Agenda 21 of the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Observance began in 1993 and has grown significantly ever since.
