TVI Express – A new emerging trend across the world specially India. Its a new business concept to earn big in small investment of mere 250$.
Before going deep – First lets have a quick information about this – Registered( website) on 28th April 2008 – Picked in somewhere around mid 2009. At present having an alexa rank of around 5900. It means around 70000 people per day visiting this site. Oh definitely to search regarding its genuinity. Quantcast too verified the number of visitors – Check the Alexa widget at bottom.
A different outlook – Persons online on the website is around 38k. Which means you will get close to 70000 people in 15 minutes or something. So whatever its this – Fake or genuine. Number of Online people is definitely a random number and nothing more. Well the point is – it changes always when you refresh the page.
Coming out about genuinity – I have search all round corner if internet about it – Not found a confirmed article about its being fraud – Neither found a article confirming its genuine.
Well here I am including some of the articles written as per perception and as per experience of this New Business system.
Better goto this blog to read about this System – Obviously its a opinion. Dont bother about that. Just concentrate on comments.
Another link for some confirmation on knowing its legitimacy is on MLM Help center which claims TVI Express Is Still On The MLM Scam Radar At MLM Help Desk.
Just visited this article and one comment blew my mind – Read it –
I am a member of TVI Express for almost 2 months with 4 positions purchased. One of my positions has cycled out to Express Board while the rest are stuck in traveler board. My TVI Express ID is “USATVI” so you can look it up IF TVI Express ever comes on. Anyway, I did receive $250 “cash” and $250 voucher. However, I have requested to have $250 cash to be deposited to my bank account in United States on November 14, 2009 under “financial manager”. Guess what, NOTHING HAPPENED for 15 days so far! I have opened tickets three times with TVI Support Center for the past 2 weeks, but I got zero response. I decided to investigate further on the company including interviewing with my upline and downlines. I am starting to believe that TVI Express is a scam. Here are the reasons:
1.) TVI Express website went down far too often. It is also down right now for the past 3 days! No update. No under construction. Just nothing on the screen and kept getting that their site took too long to response. In other word, their server is gone! Disappeared! This should raise a red flag, because today’s technology and business world, this is not how it works!
2.) Based on what I found: We, humans, are TVI’s PRODUCTS! We do not earn money directly from the company! We are actually selling worthless vouchers. The question is how do we earn $250 cash or even $10,000 cash? By believing a lie that we should convert “10,000 cash” into 40 vouchers so we should sell voucher to our people downline. That is how we earn UP TO $10,000! We do NOT receive $10,000 cash directly from TVI, really! What about the so called $5,000 travel voucher? It is not even real anyway. According to TVI website before it went down, it said that they no longer honor travel vouchers until October 31 (that is this Saturday). Yeah, right!
3.) The FREE 6 night, 7 days travel voucher we received upon joining with TVI isn’t even valid! We could not use it right away until we first hear something from TVI on places where we want to go. And when we do, no response! Have anyone here have gone on vacation by redeeming their vouchers yet? Not likely!
4.) TVI Express use the same “generate software” to grab prices for airlines, hotel, ticket sales, from the big boys (expedia, fly.com, Hotwire, etc.). TVI either mark up little or nothing to make it appear attractive. Beside, TVI Express already making so much money from US by doping us into selling their VOUCHERS!
5.) Have anyone got incentives yet? What about new laptops? Cars? Villas?
6.) And most of all, there is no TVI Express office in London, England. I have checked. Have you?
My advice is…. DONT JOIN TVI until you check out the facts. The reason why TVI have 100,000+ people join up is because many claimed that they did CYCLE OUT of Express Board (and they did it many time) but being deceived to CONVERT their “$10,000 cash” rather into VOUCHERS so they must “SELL” it to make $250 dollars or more apeice! They did NOT get money directly from TVI.
Read this article here from MLM Help Desk
I am not claiming that this System is fake, but on other side it doesn’t look authentic also. So whether you join or not – Its your decision. Only request from me – First inspect about this and then join.
TVI Express is an international scam. It has no physical location other than in India yet claims to be “headquartered in London”. Even the office they claim to have in UK is NOT in London, but in Uxbridge, 15 miles out of London! They have product, but their own FAQ says you do NOT need to sell any of it. What you *are* required to do, according to their FAQ, is recruit two people, and teach each to recruit two more. That makes it is a pyramid scheme, which is illegal everywhere, even in India. Furthermore, the company does NOT behave like a reputable company. Questions about law goes unanswered. Sikkim police already forced TVI Express to issue refunds, and Sikkim tourism org HGTI have called TVI Express “fake tourism organization”. (search for it on Google, sikkim tvi express news ) Hungary is investigating TVI Express as possible pyramid scheme. China has already declared TVI Express illegal and have convicted at least one for running TVI Express pyramid and sentenced him to 1 year in prison. Alleged “partners” of TVI Express, namely, Lufthansa, Avis, and Marriott have initiated LEGAL ACTION against TVI Express for falsely representing them as “partners”. This is a scam!

Ramesh, why would anyone want to job such an obvious scam? You need to recruit because you need 200 plus losers to make you a winner. Your friend have thousands of losers to make him a winner. So yes everyone can be a winner in tvi if you can find 200+ losers to go under you. think about that before you join. are you likely to find 200+ losers o will vyou just end up as someone else’s loser?
and that “i am TVI” convention? stole a picture of President Obama. Really.

http://kschang.blogspot.com/2010/05/tvi-expess-not-trusted-by-trust-guard.html
Folks, TVI Express is very good at telling you only partial truth and lie to make you not look any deeper.
THEY SAY: “TVI Express is headquartered in London, UK”
REALITY: TVI Express UK is in Uxbridge (near Heathrow), 15 miles from London, according to their own website
THEY SAY: “TVI Express is the next giant in direct selling”
REALITY: TVI Express FAQ says “you do not need to sell any products”.
HOW CAN YOU BE DIRECT SELLING if you DO NOT SELL ANY PRODUCTS?
AND HERE’S THE ABSOLUTELY HONEST TRUTH
—
Your chance of getting that $10000 payoff is 0.48%. That’s LESS THAN ONE IN TWO HUNDRED.
In other words, you need to recruit OVER TWO HUNDRED PEOPLE before you see that money. AND THAT IS NOT BY SELLING ANYTHING, BUT JUST RECRUITING.
Every one of those 200+ paid $250, for you to have your $10000.
—
And they tell you it’s NOT a pyramid? Sure, you can get paid by a pyramid… So getting paid means nothing. That is… Until the law steps in, like they did in China and Australia (and presumably, everywhere else, eventually)
Comment by K. Chang — August 7, 2010 @ 11:28 pm
Mr Chang, See in a running race only first, second and third person wins and others are loser, so do you say it is not fair? see chang if you have capacity come and join Tvi Express and try wheather you can win or not? Dont be a NATO(No Action talking only).
Comment by Ramesh — August 11, 2010 @ 2:57 am
@Ramesh — that is one of the lousiest counter-arguments I’ve read from TVI Express supporters.
You have NO explanations for ANY of the above news reports and analysis. The only thing you can claim is you “may” win something from TVI Express.
Do you know what the win rate in TVI Express is? I.e. can you make any money?
LESS THAN HALF PERCENT. That is your chance of making money with TVI Express.
How I get this number? Each matrix has 15 people in it yes? Traveller and Express, yes? 15 squared is 225, yes? Takes 224 people under you to make you $10000, yes? LESS THAN HALF PERCENT.
That means you have to recruit 200+ losers to make you a winner. Each paid $250+fees so you can have your $10000.
And since you sell nothing, you cannot make any money other than recruiting.
I’d advise you to not be a crook and a scammer to steal from 200+ people to make your $10000, but I guess you are too busy being a “winner” at the expense of all the losers.
In a race, the losers only lose pride. In a scam, the losers lose a lot more than pride.
You are the one talking too much. You should be out recruiting more losers.

$250 is a very big money for a teacher like me. moreover, i think a lot about the Islamic law upon this business. how can someone gets lots of money without doing anything? will the money be halal?
once more,
thank you Mr. Chang…
Comment by Ade Tiu — September 3, 2010 @ 12:28 am
Thank you, Mr. Ade Tiu, for your kind words. I am in the US, but I heard about TVI Express from folks in Asia. The fact is, TVI Express has been illegal in China since June/July 2009 over a year ago, and a blogger’s investigation is very likely what lead to TVI Express’s departure/eviction from their London address. An article was published about the fraudulent nature of TVI Express in August 2009 in a Chinese Newspaper in London, which also presented a copy of investigation to Marble Arch Tower, where TVI Express claimed to have resided. In September 2009, TVI Express announced that it is moving, and nobody call their number. A new address was NOT announced until December 2009. During the period of September and December 2009, TVI Express operated only as a website and e-mail address.
Here’s announcement that they are moving out of London in September 2009
http://www.tviexpress.com/announcement1.php?id=31
A new call-in number was not announced until December 2009, and address is NOT in London (and incidentally, NOT in Heathrow either!) And notice the P.S. the office only take walk-in visits “by appointment”. What you may not know is that specific building have offices and meeting rooms that can be rented 1 hour at a time. It is a part of regus.co.uk office rental network.
http://www.tviexpress.com/announcement1.php?id=42
You, Mr. Tiu are educated, being a school teacher. You would think of doing research on the Internet, because you have the resources. Thousands in your country do not, and can only rely on word given by recruiters or friends and families, and they are the ones deceived by this international scam out of India, not UK.
An overall summary of the problems with TVI Express is here:

As for whether TVI Express is halal or not, someone in Brunei already raised this question back in March
kschang.blogspot.com/2010/03/to-muslims-thinking-about-joining-tvi.html
In my opinion, it is definitely NOT halal, but then I am not a Muslim so I cannot say for sure.
But here is the biggest news: TVI Express member revealed that TVI Express local chapter has been issued “cease and desist” order in Georgia, USA to stop operation immediately or face lawsuit.

Actual TVI Express member announcement

And one final bit of news… Previously I stated that TVI Express “member scroller” on their main page is a fakery. I just ran the test again. It is REALLY fake. They took same 500 name list and shuffled them.
kschang.blogspot.com/2010/09/anoop-claims-tvi-express-member.html
Also, Indonesia direct sales association states that TVI Express is NOT a member, and thus NOT subject to any of the ethical code it requires all members, and nobody should join such a business.

Comment by srinivasa goud — September 18, 2010 @ 10:31 pm
Mr. Goud — please do not say all MLM are bad. TVI Express is not a MLM, even though it claims to be. It is what I call a pseudo-MLM fraud. It pretends to be a MLM, but it is not, because it sells nothing except membership which has no use except to qualify you for “board payout”, which means it is a disguised pyramid scheme.
There are genuine MLMs out there, that actually sell products, but you will have to find them. And they can be profitable. TVI Express only pretends to be a MLM to sign up people. It is networking, but it is not marketing.

What’s wrong with your English? It was fine in the first message.
As for who’s mad, let’s analyze what you wrote first…
1) “tvi doesn’t pay so quickly. They add the money to ur account in maximum 3 months.”
THREE MONTHS. Hmmm… They are on the Internet. Why isn’t it INSTANT? What sort of LOUSY operation is it that takes three months for something that should be automatic and instant? You call that a well-run operation? More like operation run by DUMB monkeys… wait, that’d be insulting monkeys.
2) “Then, you can only visit hotels which are validated by them in their catalog. ”
Have you seen their catalog? The only hotels (only 130 or so) they announced as available are all in India. Do you want to go to only India for your vacation? Did not TVI Express promise “hotels around the globe”? Do you know how many people have gone on those trips? Do you know the full terms and condition of the trips or how hard it is to redeem? Is the redemption portal even working right now?
3) “3rd i have seen their head office, it’s in jakarta, indonesia”
They say their head office is in UK. So you are clearly mistaken. Their website says so. Indonesia office is in a shopping center yes? First two floors retail shop? I think it is across from hairdresser shop? Having office does not prove at all it is not scam. Some of the biggest scammers drive big expensive cars and live in big mansions (until they are caught). Senayan center is where you rent office by the month. Very CHEAP office. Proves nothing.
Now that we’ve proven coolguy can even be mistaken about where TVI Express’ “head office” is, the rest of his claims are clearly… hyperboles, and the rest of his message… SPAM.

They went through the comments. Some agreed to join anyway. Others rejected

Good. As long as they are exposed to ALL the relevant information, and join any way, then there is no deceit.
It is those gullible, and join after having been LIED TO (not saying you lied, but many other lied) that are victims.

The fact that Tarun Trikha’s name have disappeared from TVI Express “advisory council” should say a lot about TVI Express and Tarun Trikha…

South African “Wealth Team” abandons TVI Express after its members reported back with tales of woe: arriving at hotel or resort AFTER having booked such trips with TVI Express, only to find that 1) hotel never heard of TVI Express 2) there was no booking or 3) booking exists, but was never paid
http://www.tviwealth.co.za/record.htm
Mind you, this is AFTER they paid various “taxes” and “processing fees” tacked on by TVI Express since the June and October announcements by TVI Express. Remember, eWallet funds CANNOT be used to pay these taxes and fees. You have to put your own money (through Liberty Reserve or STP) into a separate “booking funds eWallet” to pay those.
Indonesian province of Aceh saw first prohibition of TVI Express when the local Islamic Council declared TVI Express a “money game” and thus “haram” (unclean) , illegal for any Muslim. Indonesian APLI (direct selling organization) had denounced TVI Express as a scam for several months.

I am thinking of buying a newer mac laptop professional, my personal outdated macbook is starting to get pretty sluggish. Should I choose among the more recent models or wait to determine what they are likely to create following that? With thanks.
