There is no official announcement about the salary hike following this 33% up results. But a top executive told that there could be a neat salary hike of the employee.

  1. They have provided 13% salary hike for 5 raters, 10% hike for 4 raters and 3 and raters follow same trend.

TCS employees are not at all happy with the salary hike since promoted employees will not get their hiked salary until they complete a year in their new role. All employees were awaiting for this salary hike since they were waiting for a hike from past 2 years.

Lot many people are planning to quit TCS because of unfruitful salary hike. Last year’s official attrition rate was around 11.8%. However actually more than 38,000 associates quit TCS.

  2. This is more than expectation that everybody in joining year 2007 (now have average 2.5 years experience) have received an average 27% increment in the salary. Thanks TCS.

  7. I really hope 2011 will be different and TCS will give liberal bonus. Like me many people are struggling to put up 20% advance required for Apartment purchase. Earlier banks were allowing loans with 10% Advance.

  11. It always waste expecting from TCS because all senior has power to provide bad rating for junior and junior has no power to rate his senior…

Bad Strategy and bad trend in TCS all waste people in seniors playing with life of fresh people. The first thing i learned when i came to dream company was how to fuck u r junior ass and get good rating
