As per the official announcement by Karnataka CET Board, results of KCET 2010 will be announced today. This announcement came yesterday that results of Common Entrance test will be announced after 1 Pm today.
The results will be announced at Indian governement results portal results.gov.in. You can also check the results at karresults.nic.in.
