ICWAI inter results for June 2010 and final results today

The institute of cost and works accountants of India ICWAI will declared the results of Inter and final results today. It will be made available anytime now.



As per information published earlier on 22nd August – Inter and Final Result of June 2010 under Syllabus 2008 will be declared on 31.08.2010.

The results for same can be accessed at exam.icwai.org. But its not available now, it will be declared anytime later today.

Inter and final results will be published under syllabus 2008 today, Other details can be checked at official site of ICWAI which is icwai.org.

STudents can check the results on the mentioned website as it will be announced anytime now.

Sale of CAT vouchers and registration for CAT 2010 begins from today onwards. One can register for this exam at prometric website.



The last date of sale of CAT vouchers is 27th September and last date for registration is 30th of September 2010. This year CAT exam has been scheduled from 27th October to 24 November 2010.

For registering yourselves for this exam, you have to visit https://iim.prometric.com/. Other information about this exam can be checked at catiim.in.

CAT results of 2010 will be announced on 12 January 2011 on the CAT website. Simultaneously, CAT website will also list the names of the candidates short-listed for interviews by IIMs for PGP.

Before proceeding at prometric website you have to enter your voucher number. Before registering one have to buy the vouche rnumber from participating Axis bank branch.

UFC 118 live streaming Edgar vs Penn 2 and Couture vs Toney live and results

The mega event of Ultimate fighting championship of the month i.e. UFC 118 has started now and some of the greatest fights are expected today in the battle yard.

Avani Avittam 2010 mantras yajur upakarma 2010

This year Yajur Vedi Upakarma Avani Avittam is on August 24 and Rig Vedi Upakarma and Avani Avittam is on August 23, 2010.

Avani Avittam is an important ritual which is associated with the Brahmin community in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The day is of great significance especially to Yajur Vedi Brahmins. On the very next day, Gayatri Japa Sankalmpam is observed.

Avani Avittam is an ancient and important ritual performed by the Smarta and Vaishnava Brahmin community in the South Indian states (Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala) and in some parts of Orissa and Maharashtra, on the day of Shravan Poornima. The day is of great significance to Yajur Vedi Brahmins. On the next day, Gayatri Japam is performed. This ritual is called as Avani Avittam in Tamil Nadu, and as Yajur Upakarma in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
Upakarma or Avani Avittam means beginning or “Arambham”, i.e., to begin the Veda Adhyayanam. For example, Yajur Upakarma means to begin the study of the Yajur Veda. This auspicious day is also the day when Lord Narayana took the avatara as Lord Hayagriva. Lord Hayagriva restored the Vedas to Brahma and also is the God of Knowledge.
