Mahindra Satyam will announce financial results of two financial years 2008-09 and 2009-10 today. Earlier known as Satyam Computer, this is now known as Mahindra Satyam.
Mahindra Satyam is mostly expected to declare the financials results of the first two quarters of this fiscal (April-June and July-September 2010) on November 15, 2010. Last time they have announced their results in July-September 2008 quarter.
Due to multi-crore accounting fraud by its founder and chairman B Ramalinga Raju back in January 2009, this besieged firm didn’t declared their audited financial results.

After Mahindra Satyam announced about delisting its ADRs from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) earlier this week, Mahindra Satyam is expected to release the financial results for 2008-09 and 2009-10 today in Hyderabad. We will give you update once the announcement is made.
