Inception won oscars 2011 for best visual effects

The awards for best Visual effects in Oscars 2011 have been given tonight. And the winner for this category was the inception team.

This team comprised of Paul Franklin, Chris Corbould, Andrew Lockley and Peter Bebb. Robert Downey announced the name of winner after some comic stuff.



The nominees for this were – Alice in Wonderland” Ken Ralston, David Schaub, Carey Villegas and Sean Phillips, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1” Tim Burke, John Richardson, Christian Manz and Nicolas Aithadi, “Hereafter” Michael Owens, Bryan Grill, Stephan Trojansky and Joe Farrell, “Inception” Paul Franklin, Chris Corbould, Andrew Lockley and Peter Bebb, “Iron Man 2” Janek Sirrs, Ben Snow, Ged Wright and Daniel Sudick

Due to some unexpected visual effects in the movie, this movie was slected among its closest rival – Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. Best of luck.

In few moments Oscars 2011 winners name will be announced in a big ceremony today. The big extravaganza is awaited in just few moments from now.



The nominees list is already out and among the Actor in a Leading Role – the nominees are Javier Bardem in “Biutiful”, Jeff Bridges in “True Grit”, Jesse Eisenberg in “The Social Network”, Colin Firth in “The King’s Speech” and James Franco in “127 Hours”. My favorite is James franco. Lets see else.

In the category of best Animated Feature Film – the nominees are “How to Train Your Dragon” Chris Sanders and Dean DeBlois, “The Illusionist” Sylvain Chomet
“Toy Story 3” Lee Unkrich. Among these winner is undoubtedly Toy story 3.

If you have missed this game, then youhave missed the essence of the world cup. Game has given goosebumps to almost every spectators watching this match till the end.

A tie – fourth in history of Cricket world cup till today. An exciting and one of tghe best game ever played in cricket history – even amongst the best of the best in cricket.

A target which seemed almost unachievable after first innings – looked an easy one before Bell went back to pavilion on ball of Zaheer Khan which was followed by Strauss.



And the two sixes hit at the second last ball was almost the face of the match between Indi avs ENgland and which was followed by a six in last over. And 2 runs of last ball was also exciting.
