Coal India Limited has started a recruitment drive for Management trainees for many available posts at different field of expertise.
The branches for which the seats are allocated are Mining -319, Electrical engg-159, Mechanical Engg-145, Civil engg-50, Industrial Engineering-9, Chemical/ Mineral-20, Personnel & HR -136, Sales & Marketing – 19, Electronics & Telecommunication-7, Systems -10, Environment-13, Geology-31, Geophysics-6, Materials Management-17, Finance & Accounts -133, and Rajbhasha (Hindi) -6 posts.
A total of 1080 posts are there to fill in after the results of the successful candidates list. After lot of time Coal India is finally recruiting for this much number of posts.
The seats distribution as per category are as follows UR-538 seats, OBC-268seats , SC-179 seats and for ST total number of seats are 95.

The total application fee for General category is Rs 500 and for SC, ST, PH and departmental candidates no application fee is there.
