Goa Sailing expedition by YHAI starting 12th – Share your experience

YHAI Goa team is organising again this year Goa Sailing expedition for the enthusiast who loves to trek, learn and enjoy nature beauty.

Also aimed at National Integration, YHAI narrows the gap of religions, cultures by bringing people all over the country of different castes, creeds and religion at one place.

Goa Sailing is also such startup by YHAI where one can learn sailing and technical terms related to that.

Reporting dates for this program for year 2011 are 12th, 18th, 24th, 30th December and 5th Jan 2012. This expedition will be for 6 days.

Base camp for this expedition is at sports Authority Ground near Miramar Beach, Panaji, Goa.

Who won 5 crore in Kaun Banega Crorepati – 5 crore winner of KBC is Sushil Kumar

Here is a simple question to all General Knowledge learning maniacs, who won 5 crore in Kaun Banega Crorepati this season which is KBC season 5.


Answer to this question is Sushil Kumar from Bihar won this whooping amount few days back and accepted the cheque from Amitabh Bachchan.

He is a 27 year old person from Motihari district of Bihar and thus he proved that State Bihar has immense talent in it.

He used two life0lines at the 5th crore question to assure he would get the correct answer and voila he cracked it and won this amount.

On asking, he still cant believe that he has won this much amount and don’t know how and where to use this sum of money.

He told that now everybody knows him when he won this much amount unlike earlier where he has a sort of identity crisis.

Congrats to Sushil Kumar on becoming the first Indian to win 5 crore.

IIT JEE 2012 online registration begins today

Joint entrance Examination of IIT which is also known as IIT JEE 2012 have opened the site for online registration from today onward.


It will run from 31st October 2011 to 10th of December 2011. Later online registration will nt be entertained and the portal will be closed.

An important information about the registration is that – Candidates who registered & filled the online application form for IIT-JEE 2012 before 10:15 AM on 31/10/2011 MUST register & fill the online application form once again.

Last date for CAT 2011 Registration extended

Last date for Sale of vouchers and registration has been increased by CAT organizing committee.

This extension has been done for allowing new entrants in the field like Faculty of Management studies give extra time for do the required arrangements.

Before 2011, FMS was taking its own entrance tests and which was considered one of the most difficult test as number of seats were quite limited.

Earlier the time frame for registration was from 17th August to 28th November which has been changed and extended to one more week.

This has also been done to give CAT aspirants extra time to go through their forms once again and make a last check.

This year 13 IIMs are their to opt in for students and even JMET and FMS has been merged into it to make it more competitive.

IBPS 2011 CWE Probationary Officers Management Trainee Written exam call letter download and results

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is taking Common Written Examination CWE for Clerical posts and Probationary Officers Management Trainee.


The Common Written Examination for recruitment of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees in 19 PSBs will be held on 18.09.2011 on Sunday.

Candidate can download his/her Call Letter for the Written Examination and Information Handout from IBPS official website www.ibps.in.

Here is the list of essential documents that will be required for appearing in Common written examination –



(1)Call Letter with photograph affixed thereon

(2) Original fee payment receipt (NEFT Receipt/ e-receipt)

(3) Original photo-identity proof such as  PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving

Licence/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof

issued by a Gazzetted Officer/ People’s Representative

(4) Photocopy of photo-identity proof (as specified above)

GATE 2012 admit cards results and question paper pattern details – How to apply

Graduate Aptitude test in engineering 2012 examination has been announced and this year also GATE 2012 Examination will include both online and offline examinations.

Online examination is on 29 January 2012(Sunday) and offline examination this year is on 12 February 2012
(Sunday).

This year candidates have to apply only Online with application fee for General/OBC is Rs 1000 while for SC/ST/PH will be Rs500.

A candidate can apply for only one of the total 21 papers listed in the table at official GATE website for 2012 which is http://gate.iitd.ac.in/GATE/structure.php

The examination for the papers with codes AE, AG, AR, GG, MN and TF will be carried out ONLINE using computers where the candidates will be required to enter the answer online with mouse only and for others it will be offline.

As per official notice, GATE 2012 results will be announced on March 15, 2012 at 10:00 hrs and will be available on the GATE websites of all IITs and IISc.

This was the six lakhs Rupees question of Kaun Banega Crorepati 2011 and for your information this one is the 5th season of KBC season five.

And the question for this heavy amount of money is who became chairperson of CBFC or censor board in 2011.

And she opted for audience poll because she was not sure about the answer of this question of 6 lakhs 40 thousand rupees.

As per audience poll. Answer is very doubtful because all options were having equal percentage.

And the answer is Leela Samson. and she lost all money. Bad luck
