Yesterday on August 18th 2011, Supreme court made few clarification regarding Other backward classes cut off marks and seats.
A petition was filed by PV Indersan who was a former professor of IIT Madras, regarding clearing the doubts and remove the discrepancies occurring.
This order regarding OBC clarification was passed by a bench headed by Justice RV Raveendran and also told that admission of 2011-12 will not be affected by this order.
After this extent of clarification, now it seems it will be easier for universities for implementing OBC reservarions in their universities.

The results that has been declared covers following things –
First one is combined graduate level examination, 2011 (tier i ) – results declaration of result for appearing in the combined graduate level(tier-ii)examination 2011 (only for the post of statistical investigator / compiler) and also all posts excluding statistical investigator / compiler.
And the other one whose result is also out – junior engineers (civil as well as electrical) examination,2011 – Declaration of result of written part.

TamilNadu Public Service Commission village administrative officer results for 2011 has been declared today. THis result has been declared on 19th of July 2011.
Almost more than 9 lakhs students appeared in this examination. This exam took place earlier in February month on 20th.
