Ayodhya Verdict date set to September 30 – Time 3:30 PM

Babri masjid and Ayodhya Verdicat date has been announced and its September 30. The verdict will be declared on Thursday at 3:30 pm

Today Supreme Court of India rejected the plea to defer the verdict on the Ayodhya title suit by the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court.


So its certain and confirmed that the dispute over Babri Masjid and Ayodhya case will be resolved on September 30 by Allahabad court. It will be one of the most historic judgement ever made in India.

Babri Masjid was demolished on 6th December 1992 by karsevaks and extremists who claimed that it was the Ram Janmabhoomi site.

So the date has been announced and it seems that it will be out before th start of Commonwealth games and definitely it should be in such manner that it doesn’t turns out to be controversial.

Babri Masjid and Ayodhya verdict date – May be after CWG games

The Supreme Court of India will decide today – the date for Babri masjid issue and Ayodhya verdict date. All eyes are on Supreme court decision regarding this important decision.


But the speculation by many people is that – The verdict date could be after Commonwealth games as 72 countries are watching India right now for the CWG games.

So it could be difficult for Supreme court to give some date before CWG as this is the one of the most sensitive issue that is related to sentiments of 110 crore people of India.

The date for Babri Masjid dispute has not been decided. Its just mere a guess. Since CWG games success is already is already under suspicion due to bridge collapse and several other issue, so many countries are watching over the country regarding this.

So if some controversial decision is made, there could be some kind of dispute. So it will be better that SUpreme court defer the date announcement or just give the date after Commonwealth games 2010.

Verdict on Ayodhya temple and Babri Masjid deferred by one week

The verdict on Ayodhya and Jama Masjid has been deferred by one week by Supreme Court of India. Supreme court will now hear the matter on September 28 2010.

Now next week India has to witness two biggest issues here- The first one is of course Verdict on Ayadha and Babri Masjid case and second linked to international fame- Commonwealth games.

The petition filed by retired bureaucrat Ramesh Tripathi had asked for the decision to be deferred to allow mediation to find a solution to this dispute.

Five days after the high court’s Ayodhya bench rejected his petition for deferring the verdict, Tripathi had yesterday approached the apex court.



Allahabad high court had also imposed “exemplary costs” of Rs 50,000, terming Ramesh Chand Tripathi’s effort for an out-of-court settlement of this issue as “mischievous attempt”.

Now everybody will have few more days to have discussion regarding this verdict. Lets wait for the D day for this historic verdict.

Ayodhya case and Babri Masjid controversy to be resolved on September 24

One of the landmark decision is going to be taken tomorrow on Seotember 24 2010 regarding the dispute over Ayodhya and Babri Masjid. home minister P Chidambaram has appealed for peace ahead of Friday’s verdict on the Ayodhya and babri Masjid controversy.


Chidambaram has also pleaded not to take any hasty conclusions over this sensitive issue until tomorrow. Therefor he has asked to general public and the media to reserve their opinions regarding the judgement.

Also he has asked to maintain law and order prior to the Ayodhya and Babri Masjid verdict specially in more sensitive areas. Following this the government on Wednesday have banned bulk SMS and MMS for three days with immediate effect.

Government of Uttar Pradesh has banned any celebrations following the Ayodhya verdict on Friday. Meanwhile the situation is tense all over India specially in epicentre of this dispute.

Ayodhya case Babri Masjid verdict judgement on NDTV and IBN7 live on 24th September

The much awaited and most significant judgement of the decade regarding the Ayodhya case will be decided on 24th of September 2010.

The verdict will be for ownership of the land on which the Babri Mosque stood in Ayodhya until its demolition on December 6, 1992.


This involves a total of 28 issues framed by special Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court. whatever would be the decision but it will historic decision that has to be taken.

the major issues that will be part of the ayodhya case or babri majid verdict are – whether the demolished structure was a mosque as claimed by the Muslim organisations, If answer is yes, when was it built and by whom – it was Mughal emperor Babar or Mir Baqi Tashqandi and most important Was it built on the site of a demolished Hindu temple.

Some of the other issues are whether that plot is Ram’s birthplace, Whether Muslims or hindus have prayed at that site from time immemorial. Not only these, there are tonnes of the issues that are to be resolved on the D day for India.

BJP to withdraw support from Shibu Soren’s JMM-led alliance

Following high drama since Soren’s voting against the Cut motions in Lok Sabha, Bharatiya Janta Party has withdrawn from the Shibu Soren-led alliance with BJP.

Today the decision about this came after BJP’s 12-member Parliamentary Board meeting held at the Parliament house.


 

Son of the Chief Minister and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha MP Hemant Soren told in his explanation that ‘cut motion voting’ was only a ‘human error’ and his party JMM had nothing to do with the Congress party in the state.

BJP senior leaders told that such act is definitely is an act of betrayal, hence it completely unacceptable.

Nithyananda Swamy arrested in Solan district Himachal Pradesh by Bangalore Police

Swamy Nithyananda few months back was exposed by SUN NEWS for indulging in sex activities while donning the saffron attire and rudraksham. Owing to his unethical crime, non-bailable warrant was issued against him on the complaint of advocate and former RSS activist K Selvamani.



Following this, Swami Nithyananda was arrested today at Himachal Pradesh’s Solan district. Swami Nithyanada will now be taken to court in Solan or Shimla for transit remand. Later on, he will be brought to Karnataka or Tamil Nadu for further processing.

 

Along with Sri Swami Nithyananda, Sri Nithya Bhaktananda and Gopal Seelam Reddy has also been taken into custody – said “Bangalore Police” in official statement.

Bangalore police also told that – ” Both these persons are wanted in connection with two cases registered at Bidadi Police Station. Both the persons are being produced before the local Magistrate and after securing body warrant, they will be brought to Bangalore”.
